Pharmacological effect:

Pharmacodynamics: Ciprofloxacin belongs to broad-spectrum bactericidal antibacterial drugs. Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Brucella, Pasteurella, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Erysipelas, Proteus, Serratia marcescens, Corynebacterium pyogenes, septicaemia Tertiary bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, etc. all have good effects, but the effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus is weak, and the effect on anaerobic bacteria is weak. It has obvious post-antibacterial effect on sensitive bacteria. The antibacterial mechanism is to act on the DNA gyrase of bacterial cells, which interferes with the replication, transcription, repair and recombination of bacterial DNA, and the bacteria cannot grow and reproduce normally and die.

Pharmacokinetics: The product is rapidly but incompletely absorbed internally. It is widely distributed in the body and can enter tissues and body fluids well. It is excreted from the urine mainly in its original form.

Medicine interaction:

① Combined with aminoglycosides or broad-spectrum penicillin, there is a synergistic effect.

② Heavy metal ions such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+ and Ab3+ can chelate with this product, affecting absorption.

③ When it is combined with theophylline and caffeine, due to the change of protein binding rate, the plasma protein binding rate decreases, the concentration of theophylline and caffeine in blood increases abnormally, and even symptoms of theophylline poisoning appear.

④ It has the effect of inhibiting liver drug enzymes, which can reduce the clearance rate of drugs mainly metabolized in the liver and increase the blood drug concentration.

Indication:Fluoroquinolone antibacterial drug. Used for bacterial and mycoplasma infections.

Usage and dosage: Based on this product. Mix drinking: poultry 0.15-0.25g: 1L water for 3-5 consecutive days.

Adverse reaction: Degeneration of cartilage in young animals, affecting skeletal development and causing lameness and pain; Digestive system reactions include loss of appetite, diarrhea, etc; Skin reactions such as erythema, pruritus, urticaria and photosensitivity reactions.
