Common name: Compound Diclofenac Sodium Injection Composition: Diclofenac Sodium, Acetaminophen Character: Colorless or almost colorless clear liquid. Pharmacological effect: Diclofenac sodium is a derivative of phenylacetic acid, which has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. Its analgesic effect is stronger than aspirin and indomethacin, about 26 to 50 times that of aspirin, and it is a peripheral analgesic. It is characterized by strong drug efficacy, mild adverse reactions, small doses, and small individual differences. Acetaminophen has good antipyretic and analgesic effects. Compared with aspirin, it has similar antipyretic effect, weaker analgesic effect, and no anti-inflammatory effect. The two drugs have a synergistic effect. Pharmacokinetics: It is rapidly absorbed after administration. Acetaminophen is absorbed and leaked into body fluids, metabolized in the liver and excreted by the kidneys with a plasma half-life of 1-4 hours, while diclofenac sodium is absorbed and bound to 99% of plasma proteins and excreted by urine and bile with a mean blood half-life of 1.2-1.8 hours. Indication: Antipyretic analgesics. For fever, myalgia, arthralgia and rheumatism. Usage and dosage: Intramuscular injection: one dose, per 1kg body weight, swine 0.04ml.
