Common name: Florfenicol Injection Composition: Florfenicol Character: Colorless to light yellow clear liquid. Pharmacological effect: Pharmacodynamics: Florfenicol belongs to the broad-spectrum antibiotics of amido alcohols and is a bacteriostatic agent. It plays a role by binding to the ribosomal 50S subunit to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial proteins. It has strong antibacterial activity against a variety of Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria. Pasteurella hemolyticus, Pasteurella multocida and Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae were highly sensitive to florfenicol. The antibacterial activity of florfenicol against many microorganisms in vitro is similar or stronger than thiamphenicol, and some bacteria resistant to amide alcohols due to acetylation, such as Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniaemay still be sensitive to florfenicol. Pharmacokinetics: Florfenicol is rapidly absorbed internally, reaching therapeutic concentrations in the blood after about 1 hour, and peak blood concentrations can be reached in 1-3 hours. The bioavailability reaches more than 80%. Florfenicol is widely distributed in animals and can cross the blood-brain barrier. It is mainly excreted from urine in its original form, with a small amount excreted in feces. Medicine interaction: ①Macrolides and lincosamides have the same target of action as this product, both of which bind to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, and may have a mutual antagonistic effect when combined. ②May antagonize the bactericidal activity of penicillins or aminoglycosides, but this has not been demonstrated in animals. Indication:Amino alcohol antibiotics. For Pasteurella and Escherichia coli infections. Usage and dosage: Based on Florfenicol. Intramuscular injection: one dose, per 1kg body weight, 20mg for poultry; 15-20mg for swine, once every 48 hours for 2 times. 0.5-1mg for fish, once a day. Adverse reaction: This product has some immunosuppressive effects when used at higher than recommended doses; There is embryotox icity, pregnant and lactating livestock should be used with caution. Note: Layers are prohibited during the laying period; Animals during the vaccination period or with severe immune deficiency are prohibited; Animals with renal insufficiency need to reduce the dose or prolong the dosing interval. Withdrawal period: Swine 14 days, poultry 28 days, fish 375 days. Specification: 30%: 100ml/bottle, 40bottles/piece; 10%: 100ml/bottle, 40bottles/piece. Storage: Airtight storage.
