Composition: Ceftiofur Hydrochloride

Character: The product is a suspension of microfine particles, which sink after standing and become a uniform milky white suspension after shaking.

Pharmacological effect:

β-lactam antibiotics. This product has a broad-spectrum bactericidal effect and is effective against Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria (including β-lactamase-producing bacteria). The sensitive bacteria are mainly Pasteurella multocida, Pasteurella hemolytica, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Salmonella, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, etc. Some Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterococcus are drug-resistant. The antibacterial activity of this product is stronger than ampicillin, and its activity against streptococci is stronger than that of quinolones. The half-life (t1/2) of this product is 23.88h, and a one-time intramuscular injection of 5mg/kg can maintain the effective blood drug concentration for more than 5 days.

Indication: For the treatment of porcine streptococcal disease.

Usage and dosage: Based on Ceftiofur. Intramuscular injection: one dose, 3-5mg per 1kg body weight for swine. Once a day for 3 consecutive days.

Adverse reaction: Very few sick animals are allergic to ceftiofur.

Note: Bhake well before use; do not freeze; Animals with allergic reactions should be rescued by epinephrine injection; Staff with a history of penicillin and cephalosporin allergy should not be exposed to this product; Keep out of reach of children. 

Withdrawal period: Swine 4 days.

Specification: 5%: 100ml/bottle, 40 bottles/piece.

Storage: Keep out of light and sealed.

Shelf life: 18 months.
