Common name: Lincomycin Hydrochloride Injection Composition: Lincomycin Hydrochloride Character: Colorless to light yellow or light yellow green clear liquid. Pharmacological effect: Pharmacodynamics: Lincomycin belongs to the Lincomycin class of antibacterial drugs, is a bacteriostatic agent, sensitive bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin-resistant strains), Streptococcus, Pneumococcus, Bacillus anthracis, swine tantric filamentous bacteria, certain Mycoplasma, (Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Mycoplasma porcine nasalis, Mycoplasma porcine joint fluid), Leptospira and anaerobic bacteria (such as Clostridium, Clostridium tetani, Clostridium perfringens and Actinomyces, etc.). It mainly acts on the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes and exerts antibacterial effects by inhibiting peptide chain extension and affecting protein synthesis. Pharmacokinetics: Absorbed rapidly after intramuscular injection, single intramuscular injection of 11mg/kg in swine, the peak plasma concentration is 6.25μg/ml. The plasma protein binding rate is 57%~72%. It is widely distributed in the body, and the apparent volume of distribution in swine is 2.8L/kg. Widely distributed to various body fluids and tissues (including bones), among which the liver and kidney have the highest concentration, and the tissue drug concentration is several times higher than the serum concentration in the same period. It can enter the placenta, but it is not easy to pass through the blood-brain barrier, and it is difficult for the drug to reach an effective concentration in the cerebrospinal fluid during inflammation. It can be distributed into milk, and the concentration in milk is the same as that in plasma. Some drugs are metabolized in the liver, and the drug prototype and its metabolites are excreted through bile, urine and milk. Excretion in feces can be delayed for several days, so it has an inhibitory effect on sensitive intestinal microorganisms. Medicine interactions: ① When used in combination with gentamicin, etc., it has a synergistic effect on Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus and Streptococcus. ② Combined with aminoglycoside and polypeptide antibiotics, it may enhance the blocking effect on neuromuscular junctions. Combined with erythromycin, it has antagonistic effect, because the site of action is the same, and erythromycin has a stronger affinity for bacterial ribosomal 50S subunit than this product. ③ It should not be combined with drugs that inhibit intestinal motility and antidiarrheal drugs containing white clay. ④ Incompatibility with kanamycin, novobiocin, etc. Indication:Lincosamide antibiotics. For Gram-positive bacterial infection, can also be used for porcine treponema and mycoplasma infection. Usage and dosage: Based on lincomycin. Intramuscular injection: one dose, per 1kg body weight, 10mg for swine, once a day; 10mg for dogs and cats, twice a day for 3~5 days. Adverse reaction: Neuromuscular blockade. Note: Intramuscular administration may cause transient diarrhea or soft feces. Although rare, if it occurs, necessary measures should be taken to prevent dehydration. Withdrawal period: Swine, 2 days. Specification: 30%: 100ml/bottle, 40 bottles/piece; 15%: 10ml*5 pieces/box, 60 boxes/piece. Storage: Airtight preservation. Shelf life: 24 months.
