It also has inhibitory effect on Rickettsia, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, Spirochaete, Actinomyces and some protozoa. Medicine interaction: ① Simultaneous use with strong diuretics such as furosemide can aggravate renal function damage. ② It is a rapid bacteriostatic drug, which can interfere with the bactericidal effect of penicillins on bacterial reproduction, so it should be avoided. ③ When used together with calcium salts, iron salts, or drugs containing metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, aluminum, bismuth, and iron (including Chinese herbal medicines), insoluble complexes can be formed to reduce drug absorption. Indication: Tetracycline antibiotics. For some Gram-positive bacteria and negative bacteria, Rickettsia, Mycoplasma and other infections. Usage and dosage:Intramuscular injection: one dose, 10-20mg per 1kg body weight for livestock (titer). Adverse reaction: ① Local stimulation.
